PetPartyLine.com membership is not offered to any persons under the age of 18 for dating section usage. Posting and displaying of pets is available to ages 13 and over. By obtaining membership to the dating section of PetPartyLine.com, you testify that you are at least 18 years of age. Participation in a PetPartyLine.com sponsored event is restricted to PetPartyLine.com members. Membership may be terminated by either party at any time. Only those persons who have obtained membership to PetPartyLine.com are authorized to make use of the accesses they have of the site or events. Membership is not transferable. PetPartyLine.com members are responsible for the security of their computer and unauthorized access information.

Membership Cost:

Uploading Photos and Profile Descriptions:

• Photos uploaded must be of .jpg type. (Many image editing software packages can convert your photo to this format.)
• Photos must be clear
• Dating Photos (must be recent):
•      The photo will be shown at 80 pixels in width in general profile listing.
•      The photo will be shown at 250 pixels in width in member's full profile.
• Pet Photos:
•      The pet photo will be shown at 80 pixels in width in general profile listing.
•      The pet photo will be shown at 250 pixels in width in pets's full profile.
• The pet photo will also be shown in full size.

    Conditions of Image transfer:

You may not upload, email or transfer by any method any offensive, defamatory, suggestive photographs or profile descriptions. No such material may contain any personal information or any website names or addresses. Photographs of naked persons will be rejected. Dating photographs must be a recently taken photograph of the member submitting the picture as (him/her)self.

      Image Transfer Fees:

Photographs may be uploaded to PetPartyLine.com^tm for free from the Add Pet Photo Utility on the Main Page.

You may also Email your Photo (for free) to Photos@PetPartyLine.com.

Include your PetPartyLine.Com screen name, password, and your pets name in the email, again please check your spelling to insure the correct photo is applied to the correct pet.

You may include up to 7 photos per pet.

Please indicate the photo position (Main Photo or additional photo) for your pets profile.


The above also applies to photographs for the Dating Section.

Behavior:

You will not display any offensive or defamatory behavior either on-line or at an in-person event. Violation of this agreement may result in the loss of your membership.

By agreeing to these conditions specified, you agree that PetPartyLine.com is not responsible for the behavior exhibited by members in the chat room or through any other means of electronic communication or at any in-person event sponsored by PetPartyLine.com. It is your responsibility to appropriately assess any offensive behavior displayed by other members.

You agree as a member of PetPartyLine.com to not hold PetPartyLine.com or associate responsible for any conflicts or disputes between yourself and another PetPartyLine.com member or associate of PetPartyLine.com.

PetPartyLine.com does not employ any methods of verifying members' personal information.
